Mixed Martial Arts

Train in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Each technique is repeated many times then we use resistance drills to make the reaction second nature. We simulate some of the most common street attacks with possible variations to give the student an awareness of what could happen. The reality is that it takes time to develop the moves in order to be effective. Confidence builds as the student uses the moves in intense situation drills. Better your odds of surviving on the street with Brazilian Jiu-jitsu!
Muay Thai Kicboxing is referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. A practitioner of Muay Thai (“nak muay”) thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight “points of contact,” as opposed to “two points” (fists) in Western boxing and “four points” (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.
Westside location only.
$178 for both programs unlimited classes or $149 for one class a week in the other program.
The start up fee for both is $99 if you start with standard equipment or gi. It is more if you want to upgrade to higher level stuff. BJJ requires a Gi and Muay thai requires Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards. The MMA program would require all of it unless you were only attending the no gi night in BJJ.
