Womens Self Defense Classes

Next course offered starting June 9th, 2010
Class meets Monday and Wednesday nights from 7:00pm until 8:00 pm
Course requires only 1 night per week attendance (you may attend both nights)
Cost is $119 for 6 week course. 

This class is a must for teachers, nurses, waitresses, highschool and college students, and moms that want to feel safer.
Moms and daughters take the class together!!
