The word of the month is simply a rotation of our tenets each month. The words we try to focus on each month represent an important character trait or attitude that drives us toward excellence in our daily lives.

The tentative date for the Black Belt Test will be on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 2pm. Please notify your instructor if you are interested in taking this test. Your instructor will have the final say if you are eligible to test. No late entries will be allowed to test.
