Camp tuition must be paid prior to the camp week that your child will attend.

There is a $25 fee for all checks returned unpaid and for any debit/credit card drafts that are declined.

Late Pick Up

There is a late pick up fee of $1 per minute after 6pm which must be paid when the camper is picked up.

Children with Special Needs

We require full disclosure of any developmental, physical or cognitive issues that your child has prior to registration so that the administration may make a determination if reasonable accommodations can be made.

Pick Up Procedure

To ensure the safety of each camper, the person picking up the camper must be on the campers authorized to pick up list and will need to know the campers ID# to check them out.

Termination of Services

KK retains the right to terminate a campers enrollment without notice if the campers behavior is destructive, uncontrollable, violent, or threatening to the other campers or providers at KK.  The determination will be made in the sole discretion of the provider.

Sunscreen

Parents should apply sunscreen each morning before coming to camp.  KK will reapply before outdoor activities.  If your child is fair skinned or already sunburned please send a swim shirt for complete coverage on any swim days or days that include outdoor water games.

Swimming

On swim days, KK will go to Lantern Ridge pool by age group.  Campers must obey the pool rules set by Lantern Ridge.  The lifeguards will review these rules with the campers before each swim session.  Lifeguards will conduct a swim test for each student to determine which are of the pool they will be able to swim in.  Campers will have to be able to swim the length of the pool with no flotation device to be able to go to any area that is above their head.  *Parents, if your child is unable to swim please send the flotation device that they typically use for increased safety.  Send bathing suit, towel, goggles (if needed) and flip flops on each swim day.

Field Trip Waivers

Some field trips require a liability waiver for that specific activity.  When taking large groups KK is required to have a signed paper waiver for each camper.  If a camper does not have a current paper waiver on file at KK they will not be allowed to participate.

Bathroom Accidents

All campers are assumed to be "potty trained".  If your child is 4-6 years old we recommend that you keep an extra set of clothes in their cubby.  If your child has a bathroom accident we will can you and you will be expected to pick up your child or arrange for pick up as soon as possible.

Campers Requiring Prescription Medication While at Camp

You must complete a medication consent form and all medications must be in the original container with the child's name, type of medication, and dosage on it.

Lice Policy

Campers who have signs of head-lice will be removed from their group and taken to the front office.  If we believe there is a possibility of head lice, we will ask a parent to pick up their child.  In order to return, a camper must have had all active lice removed and no longer show signs of infestation, itching or irritation.

Sick Child Policy

If a camper has a fever of 100 degrees or higher, persistent diarrhea, vomiting or yellowish color to the eyes or skin while at camp the parent will be notified and will be expected to arrange for pick up.
